This course teaches you how to assist doctors and patients during virtual consultations. You’ll learn how prepare and update patients chart, guide patients before and after online consultations, and make sure the process runs smoothly.

Do I need to have a medical background to enroll?

No, but having experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage. The course is beginner-friendly and includes foundational topics.

How long does the course take to complete?

You have 3 hours to complete the course upon starting and you can have access to the course for 30 days from the start of purchasing it or adding to your dashboard.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes, students who complete all requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion. You should be able to download your certificate within 30 days.
